How people gauge your leadership style is just mind over matter. What this means to them is that if you don’t mind, we don’t matter.

I think that statement is pretty self explanatory. So I don’t need to expound beyond that.

There will always be someone better than you. Let that inspire you!

For #motivationmondays let me tell you a story from my past.

I was speaking with a seasoned gentleman – a corporate executive who had a background in management consulting, similar to my background.

As I was asking about the biggest challenges that he had been facing, he gave me an example use case of something he had to solve for in the past.

But the way he asked it was in a way that he was asking me what I would have done if I were faced with the same situation.
