I learned that you can establish good habits by:
- Establish and Commit to a 30-day Routine (minimum), similar to Martial Arts, with enough practice, it becomes instinct, like muscle retention
- Announce it to the world, so you will hold yourself accountable
- Change your mindset e.g. “I am not a smoker” for those trying to stop smoking
