Let’s Kick-off a New Habit, shall we?

I learned that you can establish good habits by:

  • Establish and Commit to a 30-day Routine (minimum), similar to Martial Arts, with enough practice, it becomes instinct, like muscle retention
  • Announce it to the world, so you will hold yourself accountable
  • Change your mindset e.g. “I am not a smoker” for those trying to stop smoking

This is what I learned on my #wisdomwednesdays
